The Man of the Hour by Akindele Akinyemi
There are numerous Black people in Detroit that do not want this man to be elected because he is a Republican.
We have been demonstrating our self hatred and blind alliance to the Democratic Party for far too long now. Look at what the Democratic Party has done the urban cities like Detroit. The Democratic Party have successfully created the culture of death in Detroit through high taxes, failing public schools and outrageous criminal activites that have families moving out of the city at a rate of 1500 per month.
Speaking of schools, graduation rates from high schools in Detroit are very low and only 11% of the total population in Detroit possess a bachelor degree from a 4-year institution.
The other thing is that now is the time for us to send someone with integrity and passion to Washington D.C. We do not need to elect Debbie Stabenow another 6 years to sit on her ass and do nothing.
People hate on this man because they think his church is a cult. If this is the case how come so many people I have met at his church are congruent on the following:
Promoting marriages between males and females.
Encouraging spritual prosperity through understanding God's word.
Supporting the sancity of life.
We may not agree with everything this man preaches but overall he is needed in DC. I cannot see 21,000 people going to hell in this church.
So how come Black people are afraid to support Keith Butler for U.S. Senate?
We would rather send Debbie Stabenow back to DC and allow her to support the deaths of Black babies by way of voting on legislation to support abortion.
We would rather send Stabenow back to DC so she can continue going to bed in the name of special interest groups.
We would rather send Stabenow back to DC so she can continue her support for the gay and lesbian community. This falls under same-sex marriages, and since marriage is damn near obsolete in our community why would you send her back to DC to further our destruction?
Groups like the NAACP, grassroots slates in the hood, and other unions would love to send Stabenow back to DC so she can continue the destruction of Black civilization (what's left of it in Michigan).
We know Butler is not a career politician and we know that Butler cannot be bought out by special interest. Unlike his opponent, Mike Bouchard, who is bought out by special interest and is a career politician, Butler will stand on those traditional principles that helped us through slavery, helped us through the Civil Rights Movement and will continue to help this young generation through the Silver Rights Movement.
Finally, we have those who are so uneducated on the history of the Republican Party that they would call Black people who are Republicans 'Uncle Toms' (even though most do not know about Uncle Tom), sell-outs and turncoats. Every Black Republican I have listened to in this state makes more sense politically and morally than my Democratic counterparts. While the Black Democrats play on people's emotions on race Black Republicans normally try to come up with an effective solution to the problems that we are facing.
The time is NOW to get behind Keith A. Butler for U.S. Senate.
